This document establishes the operational parameters, logistical structures, payment frameworks, and regulatory compliance protocols for non-scheduled private aircraft charter coordination managed by Zavorenlia. By accessing our website, scheduling a consultation appointment, or validating a flight arrangement at our physical premises, you declare your unreserved understanding and assent to these terms.

1. Nature of Charter Coordination & Service Architecture

Zavorenlia functions strictly as an air charter intermediary and logistical coordinator. The company does not own, lease, manage, maintain, or operate aircraft directly. All flight operations are performed exclusively by direct air carriers holding valid Air Operator Certificates (AOC) issued by the Civil Aviation Department (CAD) of Hong Kong or relevant international civil aviation oversight bodies.

Our website displays information detailing six distinct categories of aircraft available for charter booking. These digital displays are provided strictly for informational reference to aid clients in evaluating range profiles, interior setups, and passenger capacities relative to their personal travel demands.

2. Preliminary Engagement & Free Consultation Protocols

Clients navigating our website may review general aircraft attributes and schedule a face-to-face advisory meeting via our automated digital calendar system.

• No-Fee Consultation: This digital appointment booking is provided entirely free of cost. No flight deposits, platform fees, or fiscal holds are processed via the website.
• Non-Binding Status: A calendar reservation for a consultation does not constitute an aircraft booking, a promise of fleet availability, or a binding flight contract. No flight assets are locked, reserved, or positioned during this step.
• Office Attendance Prerequisite: To advance from an exploratory inquiry to a accepted flight plan, the client or their legal representative must personally visit our administrative facility at the International Commerce Centre (ICC), 1 Austin Rd W, West Kowloon, Hong Kong.

3. Itinerary Design & Cost Formulation

During the physical appointment at our ICC headquarters, company representatives will evaluate the client’s travel requests, itinerary constraints, and passenger configurations. Based on this layout, our representatives will:

1. Recommend the correct aircraft category from the six options displayed on our digital portal.
2. Outline a tailored itinerary including precise departure times, routing options, and airport slot access.
3. Determine the required service tier and necessary ground handling support.

A comprehensive pricing quote will then be issued. All cost projections are calculated based on active flying hours, specific airport landing surcharges, ground handling costs, navigation fees, and international custom routing parameters.

4. Mandatory Cash Settlement Mandate

To maintain structural transparency and meet the operational funding demands of private air travel, Zavorenlia operates under a strict payment policy:

• Exclusive Cash Policy: All final bookings must be substantiated through full, immediate settlement executed in cash currency only at our ICC facility.
• Rejection of Alternative Channels: No other payment methods—including credit instruments, corporate checks, bank drafts, electronic fund clearings, or digital tokens—will be accepted for booking confirmation.
• Completion Threshold: A reservation status is classified as finalized only when the exact cash sum has been physically received, counted, and substantiated by our on-site personnel. Upon completion of cash clearing, a formal itinerary manifest and payment receipt will be issued, allowing the flight to proceed on the scheduled date.

5. Customization Autonomy & Revisions

Clients enjoy complete liberty to customize their travel paths, arrival coordinates, and timing profiles according to individual requirements. This flexibility is bounded only by aircraft operational safety tolerances, runway capabilities, international border regulations, and airport slot availability. Any revisions to the substantiated itinerary requested after cash settlement must be submitted in person at our ICC facility. Our representatives will assess the feasibility of the changes and determine any extra cash adjustments required to cover added airport handling or positioning overheads.

6. Cancellation Protocols & Refund Tiers

Because non-scheduled flight coordination requires advanced slot allocations and aircraft positioning, cancellations are subject to a time-bound penalty framework. The precise timestamp of cancellation is defined by when formal written notice is delivered to jet@zavorenlia.com or recorded in person at our ICC office, measured against the scheduled departure window.

• Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Departure: The client is eligible for a full refund of the total cash amount paid.
• Cancellations Made Between 48 Hours and 24 Hours Before Departure: The client is eligible for a 50% refund of the cash amount paid. The remaining 50% will be retained by Zavorenlia to offset non-refundable flight planning and carrier positioning costs.
• Inability to Board / Failure to Inform Past the 24-Hour Mark: To retain eligibility for the 50% refund tier, clients must inform Zavorenlia of any cancellation or inability to board at least 24 hours prior to departure. Any notification received within the final 24-hour window before departure will be evaluated under the no-show guidelines.
• No-Show Rule: Failure to arrive at the designated airport terminal, complete customs processing, or board the aircraft within 60 minutes past the coordinated departure window will be classified as a No-Show. No-shows are considered as immediate cancellations with zero notification, resulting in a complete deduction of the paid amount. No refunds will be provided.

7. Refund Disbursement Mechanisms

Accepted refunds will be processed using one of two explicit transfer methods chosen by the client:

• Bank Wire Transfer: If the client requests an electronic bank transfer, they must submit their complete bank routing coordinates via email originating from the email account connected to the initial booking. Zavorenlia will initiate the transfer through standard clearing channels within a reasonable business timeframe.
• In-Person Cash Transfer: If the client prefers a cash disbursement, they must physically return to our administrative office at the International Commerce Centre (ICC). Cash funds will be returned directly to the corroborated contracting entity or an official representative carrying notarized power of attorney documents.

8. Personal Data Protection & PDPO Compliance

Zavorenlia handles all private client records in strict accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (PDPO).

• Collection Scope: Information gathered during website engagement, digital scheduling, and physical consultations is limited to data required for identity corroboration, immigration clearing, custom itinerary formulation, and security vetting.
• Official Third-Party Disclosures: Passenger details will be disclosed to direct aircraft operators, ground handling crews, customs departments, and border protection teams solely to protected flight authorizations and ensure safety compliance.
• Client Rights: Pursuant to the PDPO, clients retain the right to query whether Zavorenlia holds their personal data, obtain physical records of said data, and request corrections to inaccurate indices by submitting an inquiry to jet@zavorenlia.com.

9. Ground Operational Force Majeure & Liabilities

Zavorenlia acts as a liaison and cannot be held civilly liable for operational adjustments, delays, reroutings, or flight cancellations caused by events outside its immediate control. These include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, mechanical anomalies, civil unrest, military actions, regional wellness quarantines, or sudden airport closure orders. In such events, the conditions of carriage of the operating direct carrier apply, and Zavorenlia will work to rearrange logistics or coordinate alternative transport paths where feasible.

10. Legal Governance & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by, construed under, and enforced in compliance with the current laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disagreement, litigation, or contractual dispute arising out of these terms, or subsequent travel arrangements coordinated by Zavorenlia, shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Platform Veracity & Compliance

Zavorenlia maintains its digital platform in full alignment with transparency standards. Aircraft configurations and metrics displayed online are compiled from active manufacturer registries. If any section, clause, or provision of these terms is ruled invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall maintain full force and effect.
